Longman Developments Ltd. started life in 1989 in the back of David’s pickup as Longman Construction. After several years building homes, building relationships with local sub-trades and suppliers and building his reputation for constructing quality homes, Longman Developments Ltd. was incorporated in 2003. Cultivating the development of its core staff and maintaining strong working relationships with numerous sub-trades Longman Developments Ltd. has expanded its repertoire to include single-family homes, multi-unit residential housing developments and commercial construction.
